Bristol Zoo Gardens has a series of events to entertain the young and young at heart, ranging from seasonal events like Easter to summer evenings of music, dance and theatre for all the family. This means whatever time of year you visit us there's always great things to do in Bristol Zoo! May half term fun at Bristol Zoo
Fabulous falcons (Children’s holiday event for 8 – 12 year olds)
Thursday 30 May, 10am - 3:30pm
Do your kids or grand children love wildlife? They’ll love our Fabulous falcons event! Children will discover amazing facts about the Avon Gorge’s peregrine falcons and have lots of fun playing our pigeon-peregrine game. In the afternoon they’ll create their own fabulous falcon kite. At Bristol Zoo Gardens and on the Downs. £8.50 per child

Junior keeper for the day
Spaces available on Thursday 30 & Friday 31 May
Our junior keeper experience is designed to give your kids a hands on, behind the scenes view of looking after animals at Bristol Zoo Gardens. Junior keeper experience costs £90 per person.

What do you have planned for your children during the May half term holiday? This May half term, Wild Place Outdoor Learning (previously “WildAbout”) is offering two-day Forest School sessions.

Film nights at Bristol Zoo
20 July, 3 & 17 August
This summer Bristol Zoo is screening 3 cult classics and 3 family films over 3 nights on a giant screen on the main lawn, featuring Anchorman, Ghostbusters, The Goonies, The Lion King, A Bug's Life and Happy Feet*.
*Please be aware that a separate ticket is needed to attend each individual film screening
